1. Homogeneous Polyfusion Connection:

   • Joining is executed using a socket heat fusion welder. The outer surface of the 40mm pipe and the inner socket wall of the coupler are simultaneously heated and joined. As the material cools, it forms a single, monolithic plastic structure with zero mechanical threads, gaskets, or chemical solvents, eliminating potential leak paths.

2. Full-Bore Flow Design:

   • Engineered with uniform inner wall dimensions to match standard 40mm pipe inner diameters, preventing flow constriction, pressure drop spikes, or turbulence inside the pipeline.

3. High Mechanical Strength & Impact Resistance:

   • Tough PPR-C resin formulation provides strong resistance against structural impacts, stress cracking, pressure surges, and water hammer effects common in booster-pumped distribution networks.

Installation & Fusion Parameters

To ensure a 100% leak-proof joint, installation must adhere to standard heat fusion procedure for 40mm fittings:

1. Preparation: Cut the 40mm PPR pipe ends clean and perpendicular to the pipe axis using a sharp pipe cutter. Ensure pipe end and fitting inner socket are clean, dry, and free of oil or debris.

2. Marking: Mark the required socket insertion depth (approx. 20.5 mm to 21 mm) on the pipe outer surface to avoid over-insertion.

3. Heating: Load the 40mm pipe end and coupler socket onto the fusion machine dies set at 260C 10C. Apply steady pressure without twisting during the heating dwell time (7 seconds).

4. Joining: Remove both components from the dies and immediately push the pipe end straight into the coupler socket up to the marked depth without twisting.

5. Cooling & Setting: Hold the joint rigid for the specified holding time (4 seconds) and allow it to cool completely for at least 4 minutes before subjecting the joint to physical stress or pressure testing.
